Terms of service

By commissioning artwork from Soya, the client agrees to the following terms outlined in this document.

1. Payment

Methods of payment: PayPal only.
Commission will only be confirmed and be started after I've confirmed your payment.

2. Process

The commissioner must provide clear and detailed information about their request (e.g., reference images, descriptions).
After payment, I will send you the sketch after 3- 5 days. If there is no more change, I will continue to work and finish (estimated in 2- 3 weeks).
The process will be updated regularly.
Deadline: Estimated completion time will be discussed before the start of the commission. Delays may occur, but you will be notified in advance.
Final artwork will be delivered digitally in JPEG, PNG,... or through an agreed-upon method.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

I retain copyright over the artwork. The commissioner will receive both watermarked and unwatermarked file(s)
The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use (icon/profile pic, header, wallpaper, poster, etc.) and may not sell/profit from the artwork unless it's a commission for commercial use.
Nobody is allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product without my consent.
I may use the commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, or other promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If the commission is canceled before work begins, the commissioner will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.
No refunds will be given once the work is completed or in progress beyond an initial sketch.
If I need to cancel the commission, the commissioner will receive a full refund.

5. DO NOT draw
